Maggie Grace was born Margaret Grace Denig in September 21 1982. Maggie Grace is an American actor best known for her character Shannon Rutherford in ABC TV series Lost. Originating from Worthington Ohio, she left high school to move into Los Angeles with her mother following her divorce from her parents. However, in 2001, despite financial struggles she managed get her first significant performance in the video online show Rachel's Room as the principal character. After earning a Young Artist Award in 2002 for her portrayal of Murder in Greenwich of a 15-year aged Martha Moxley as a murder victim, she went on to win. Grace Rutherford was the lead actress in Lost in its two initial seasons. In 2004 she received the Screen Actors Guild Award with the entire ensemble. Grace wanted to focus on film following her role as Tom Welling's character in The Fog, in 2005. She was on the screen in Suburban Girl The Jane Austen Book Club in 2007 and Taken (2008) with Liam Neeson. She reprised her role in Taken 2 (2011) and Taken 3 (2013).She also played Alice in Malice in Wonderland, a modern version to Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland.
