Amal Clooney
Amal Clooney is a British-Lebanese lawyer based in London as well as activist and author with a net worth of 50 million dollars. Amal Clooney is well-known for her character as the wife of actor George Clooney. Her previous roles included the United Nations and British Foreign and Commonwealth Office. She left the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in 2020. She is currently a Doughty Street Chambers barrister. She is a specialist in international law and human right. Amal Alamuddin was conceived in Beirut, Lebanon on February 3 of 1978. Amal (whose name means "hope" in Arabic) was able to move to England with her family when she was only two years old. She settled in Buckinghamshire. Her family fled Lebanon during the Lebanese Civil War. However, her father returned to Lebanon after the year 1991. She was raised alongside three siblings and attended an all-girls grammar school when she was when she was a child.After finishing the secondary school, Amal attended St. Hugh's College in Oxford. After receiving numerous honors for academic excellence she graduated in 2000 with the degree of BA in Jurisprudence. She continued her post-secondary education in 2001 by attending New York University School of Law to earn the LLM degree. She worked as a clerk for Judge Sonia Sotomayor while she was in New York.
