Ana Gonzales bio
Ana Gonzalez de Jorgenson was born in Mexico into a family of musicians. As a child, she was exposed to lots of classical music and old boleros. She also listened to traditional ranchero and romantic ballads. Ana is a fan of tangos, as well as the dramatic and opera performances. Ana began learning and singing songs with her mother she began her more intensive vocal training when she was 16 working with the famous Mexican Tenor Flavio Becerra. She furthered her training in music at the School of Music of Guadalajara University and later at the School of Sacred Music, Toluca. The singer performed at Guadalajara, Mexico City and various cities while a student and professional. When she moved from Mexico to the United States around 2000, she sang in the Fort Lauderdale Symphony Chorus. She's a frequent solo performer at events, private parties and other occasions singing classical Latin American Music. Alongside being an instructor and performer in the local area the passion for music and art keeps her involved in a range of initiatives. Ana is also a past part of the Community Chorus of Redlands, the Inland Master Chorale, and the Performance Loft. Ana loves to sing traditional Latin American songs and hopes to encourage others to do the same.
